Dance Fitness Instructor

I first started out as a personal trainer before a dance fitness instructor. It gave me a joint satisfaction of helping myself and others fitness goals. A personal trainer is an individual who has the knowledge and practical base of general fitness instruction. My role was to motivate my client to set goals, provide feedback and accountability.

With any kind of fitness which involves goals, having a plan helps. Here are a few steps you might want to think about..

Unlike personal training, as a dance fitness instructor bought more fun into exercise without any effort for me and all my clients. Turn’d up fitness is a fun dancing way to keeping fit as well as getting turn’d up to the music you like. Music includes R&B, Dance-Hall, and Hip Hop genres.

Turn’d Up Fitness dance classes welcome anyone regardless of their age, size, ability or experience in dance. Persons are generally aged 16 and above. Feel empowered, have a laugh and let your hair down with your chosen girl gang.

Dress Code for sessions: comfortable clothing and footwear you can move in. You are more than welcome to wear the turn’d up fitness dress code which is top, leggings, plaid / checked shirt around waist and lipstick.
