Start up your business with these 10 apps, will kick start it with a good chance of success. It doesn’t matter where you start as long as you do. These companies are reputable and popular resources that will help you with the everyday running of your business. I’ve chosen these ones specifically as I highly recommend them, they are simple to use and not time consuming.
Please note that even though I state app they are accessible via web too.
For us to use our mobile devices for business, makes it so much more convenient all round.
Though in no particular order, I do use #1 Canva everyday. It’s a lifesaver.

Design app for all your social media, email, marketing and advertising needs. Sign up to a Canva account here
This graphic design platform is available on web and mobile. There are a millions of images, fonts and illustrations to use with a number of ready available templates. It’s drag and drop feature enables you to get desired results.
#2 Acuity Scheduling
A scheduling app for your clients to book their appointments, pay and complete forms online 24/7.
As a business, you can input more than one of your services, by colour coordination with the ability to edit your availability limits for each service. Sign up to an Acuity Scheduling account here.
#3 WordPress
Web design app to build your own website. It has all the information of your business in one place.
There’s dozens of free, customisable, mobile and web ready designs and themes. The WordPress app also allows you to edit your web content on the go on your mobile.
#4 Stripe
Online payment processing for internet businesses.
It also integrates with other brands on this list such as Acuity Scheduling and WordPress.
#5 Quickbooks
Accounting software app which connects directly to your bank account.
This will be a time saver for you in the long term, as it updates your transactions in real time. You are able to manually or it’ll automatically track your mileage/ trips too.
#6 Zoom
Video with audio conferencing app to enable you to connect with customers in mass.
This video communications tool gives you the ability, to do face to face conferences, in high quality allowing you to be anywhere in the world.
#7 Eventbrite
Event management and ticketing app. Create an event, make it live, just like that. This app is so simple to use, all you need is your event details to fill in the boxes.
Promotion via your event page which can be integrated with social media sites. Payouts can be straight to your bank account.
As the event organiser you can give the ticket charge to the customer or you can choose to take it yourself, in which the price will differ. If the event is free, no charge for you, the business.

Social media management app, which automatically posts for you once you’ve scheduled it in advance to do so.
This handy tool gives you the ability to plan ahead of time, saving you time. Doing this you can use your efforts tracking the performance of your posts and engaging with your customers when you’re available to.

File storage app, to keep all your files in one place and to share when you need to.
Any file can be stored from; word, excel, Adobe platforms, audio, videos slides and much more. Organise files into folders and share via links to others without having to email attach. Your first 15 GB of storage is free with a Google account.
#10 Evernote
Note taking app. Collect, capture: notes, to-do-lists, ideas, projects and anything else you don’t want to forget.
Never lose track of your tasks and deadlines. Everything can be managed in one place and information can be found easily.
