First Time Parent From Bump To Birth

I assume congratulations is in order if you have landed here.

When you begin the journey as a first time parent, you are unaware what it is you need, along with the excitement of wanting to buy everything. As a mother of two I hope these lists I have concocted helps you distinguish the must haves to the non essentials.

Before even getting to the birth, the mother needs items to feel comfortable through pregnancy and assisting with maintaining the apperance of her body.

Pre birth Mum

Comfortable trousers/leggings lounge-wear
Pregnancy support belt (good for back pain)
Anti stretch mark oil
Exercise ball

This needs to be done a few weeks before your due date, but there is nothing wrong with being prepared when you’re 20+ weeks gone so you can pick it up when need it.
