In A WOMAN’S WORTH it explores the different directions, outcomes and damage that can become of a woman from abuse, prejudice and lack of self worth. The conflict which is that it can also conjure the beauty of strength, desirability and greatness of what a woman is within.

A WOMEN’S WORTH is about four women who grow up unaware of each other, until circumstances allows them to cross each other’s path. What is be-known to them they share the same DNA.

The book is a joint novel and self help book that includes sensitive subjects that women go through and not limited to, such as:

  • Domestic Violence
  • Drug Abuse
  • Child Abuse
  • Mental Health Illnesses
  • Homelessness
  • Imprisonment
  • Promiscuity
  • Rape
  • Abortions
  • Teenage Pregnancy
  • Suicide

As the above subjects can have long term damage, and the healing progress can be very hard to deal with, if the victim does not have the support network or unaware of where they can get the support from.

 

The books aims are to:

  • Promote change in which women feel that they have the freedom to speak about their issues
  • Breakdown the stereotypes and stigmas that get attached to different types of abuse and mental illnesses
  • Allow women to know how much they’re worth
  • Understand and be aware that there are solutions to be able to get through the trauma/s they’ve experienced
  • Be able to prevent more women predominantly young women become statistics in these problem areas
